A couple of weeks ago I set up my Blackberry 8310 (220.127.116.11) with two different BES (company and hosted Exchange) following the advice I found in the forum using two different service names. Worked beautifully for a while for mail, calendar and address book, but after a couple of days I did not get any eMails from my hosted Exchange anymore. Simultaneously, all the changes I made to the applications order and my owners information was reset to my companies default. Calendar and address book continued to work fine.
Looking at the service books, I saw that the service books CMIME and IPPP for my hosted Exchange had a crossed ‘o’ instead of the tick in front of it. Hence, I activated again with my hosted Exchange and for two weeks everything was working fine again.
Then, the same happened once over. Funny enough, after some hours after this second incident (I was on the road and could not do much about it), I got a message ‘Activation complete’ although I had not performed a new activation.
Any advice what might be wrong here?
