Help! New to Blackberry and purchased a used 7520

I need to disable Password annd change time out from 2 minutes to much longer.

I have "wiped" and also "reset radio" and removed battery

After resetting password I scroll back to "general setting" click but neither field has and options to make changes. So I am still passord enabled and have a 2 minute time out.

What am I doing wong?

Your device probably has a restrictive IT Policy on it.

that's odd, have you called Sprint/Nextel? i support over 75 Bb units, and have successfully changed that for my users with no problem.

Penguin is right. Nothing Nextel will be able to do.
