I have a user with a BB7750 who has started having a problem with backups. His device is seen by the Desktop Manager (4.0) and can sych with his Outlook fine. But when it comes to backup the device he gets the message: "Communication error data not recognized by handheld" when the backup should start. This has just started happening, prior to that he could backup fine.

I have checked various forums but find no indications as to the cause of this or any resolutions.
