down loading the os 4.5 but it says EastAsia, thats that matter where its coming from?

Nope, ALL OS's include english

There are some MultiLanguage versions released by European carriers. Check the 83xx forum stickys. Unless you found a newer one than the stickys.

An 8820 OS will not work on an 8820. The OS is model specific.
