I've downloaded some software from Betfair. Unfortunately when i then try and access this site I receive a Network Failure error 27 message.

I've been advised from betfair that the GPRS settings on my blackberry need reloading. How do I load the correct GPRs settings on my blackberry (8320). apparently i need 'GPRS settings which will allow a java application to communicate over the web using http'. My network provider haven't been very helpful so I wondered if anyone on here could help me. Thanks.

Try going to options > advanced options > TCP and entering Orange's APN settings there.

The APN is 'orangeinternet' but I can't remember the Username and password,if any.

If you google 'carrier APN settings' you should find it.
