Howdy! First post - glad to find this forum!

I bought my 8330 a few weeks ago. Absolutely addicted to it and I want to extend it's / my capabilities.

I cannot get Roxio to install on my computer. It keeps searching for some "DAO" file that's not on my computer, then crashes.

I've read here that one can use Windows Explorer, but mine only recognizes the phone as a "removable disk" and wont access anything.

I'd also like to access the applications on my phone through my computer - how do I do that? I used to have a palm pilot YEARS ago and I could see everything on the palm while synched to my computer - is that possible with the 8330?
