Default can you update the Blackberry Curve 8320 O.S?

like i was watching a video @ crackberry.com and saw that with a new O.S you can record videos.
i bought my BB Curve 2 days ago so im still new to it.

Please pay attention to the instruction of deleting vendor.xml should you choose not to use your carrier's OS - many people miss it...

I can't find the vendor.xml file anywhere. I tried the update from orange but my system is not reflecting it and desktop manager doesn't see it. I have a t-mobile 8320. I looked where I was told and did an exhaustive search for it. Any suggestions?

The vendor.xml file is located in c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader
