MSDE to remote SQL2000 failed

Hello BB-Forum,
a big problem occure, when i copy the local MSDE to a remote SQL2000 Server. After Step by Step working like KB-03112 the Dispatcher didn't start.
EventID 10272: Database schema is not complete :sad:
Has anyone fixed this problem and can say me, what to do?
