Default BlackBerry Device activation failed , error 0x80004005

Please Login to Remove!

Symptoms:
Mailbox was moved from Groupwise to Exchange 2007.
BlackBerry was moved from BES for GW to BES for Exchange.
Then, I could not activate the BlackBerry Device
Error:
1. OpenRootFolder - Mailbox::m_pMDB->OpenEntry (0x80004005) failed.
2. {Roy.Murphy@abc.com} MAPIMailbox::Construct - Open Root Folder failed.
3. User Roy Murphy - DefenseWeb Technologies not started
4. application log warnings : could not remove configured mailbox

Solution:
So far , I have done the following without success :

Testing IEMStest.exe mailbox access successfully.
running HandheldCleanup.exe -u
Wipeout device.
In BES , remove User and re-add User many times, set activation password , there are warning in application log: could not remove configured mailbox

Please help

Default

"Mailbox had been moved within the same server were not updated by BES and thus initializing messages would not be received by handheld until BES services are restarted. This is because BES scans users mailboxes for changes in the Server DN. Since mailboxes are moved within the same server, BES is unware of the mailbox move. This is by design."

Reboot BES did fix the problem.
