As said on another thread, I've just got my new Blackberry but am waiting for the number to transfer onto Orange from o2. I've given Orange the PAC code given to me by O2, and am now waiting for the transfer to happen this coming Tuesday.
Anyway, I'm trying to set up email, and have been told to go to blackberry.orange.co.uk. I get there fine and to open an account give them by IMEI number and PIN number from the Options -> Status menu on the Blackberry, which returns the error "This Blackberry is registered with a different service provider. Please re-register this Blackberry and verify the URL matches the one provided by your service provider."
What's going on? I bought it new, direct from Orange. Only thing I can think of is the PAC code issue with O2 / Orange, but this surely doesn't effect the new phone??
Any help / advice appreciated.
