have you tried going to mobile.blackberry.com from your BB browser?

Yes, all I get is this picture showing a screenshot of what i think is mobile.blackberry.com

Maybe because I don't have a data plan and I'm using WiFi?

It looks exactly the same as when you type mobile.blackberry.com in your browser for your computer.
