| Just a note on this, we upgraded our BES to 4.02 (Domino) and noticed there is a bug with this. All devices had sent mail redirection turned on by default after the upgrading. Turning the sent mail redirection off as above did not fix the problem in the first instance. We had to do the following:
Messages => (wheel)Options => Email settings => (wheel)Folder Redirection =>
[expand mail box]
Remove the tick in sent items =>
Click back and save
Messages => (wheel)Options => Email settings => (wheel)Folder Redirection =>
[expand mail box]
Add the tick in sent items =>
Click back and save
Messages => (wheel)Options => Email settings => (wheel)Folder Redirection =>
[expand mail box]
Remove the tick in sent items =>
Click back and save
Only then did Lotus Notes sent mail redirection stop. |
