Hello,

I have a user who says that he had 2 seperate mailboxes on his blackberry desktop one for his e-mail and one for his voicemail/text messages. Somehow the one for his voicemail and text messaging has disappeared, does anyone know how to get it back?

He is using a BB curve 8130 using BIS

Perhaps he changed the setting so the 2 mailboxes are combined.

Go into the email icon, then Options, then General Options. Check the EMail and SMS inboxes option.

This can also be theme controlled, so if he changed his theme, he may be stuck with combined inboxes.

Yeah it looks like thats the issue, it seems his son changed the theme and its stuck with a combined mailbox, now the question is how to change the theme back again

From the main screen, click on Options (or Settings -> Options) then Theme.

I changed the theme from the AT&T theme to one of the regular blackberry themes and i can see the sperate mailboxes, the only problem is that he is saying he was able to see the seperate mailboxes on the AT&T theme, I changed the mailbox options to seperate but it wont display the seperate mailboxes, any ideas?

The separation of mailboxes is theme driven. If you have it set to 'separate' and are using the AT&T theme, then there is no other way to separate them.

Oh, try using 'Theme Controlled' instead of 'separate'...might work.

I see what happened, they deleted it and now its in the applications folder, I just need to figure out how to move it back to the desktop
