Mailfilters wont work on External mails ?

Hello,

We got a BES 2.0 (Lotus 6.5.x)and 7290 Client with Desktop 4.0.

If a setup a Filterroule it wont work for external email address only those emails that are sent internaly (Notes) will be forwardet. Even if i have in the same rule a externel email address.

Is this normal or a bug ?
