Default Synch Problem

Please Login to Remove!

I keep getting an error message when I try to synch my BB Pearl to my laptop. Failure to connect to device, please make sure device is properly connected. I know the device is connected properly but can't get it done. I tried to remove the software and re instsall but the uninstall wizard tells me that an installtion is in process. Can't figure this one out. I am using the latest desktop software 4.3
Any help wopuld be greatly appreciated

Are you on BES by any chance?

When was the last time you were able to connect? What has changed since then?

Did you try pulling the battery?
