I keep getting an error message when I try to synch my BB Pearl to my laptop. Failure to connect to device, please make sure device is properly connected. I know the device is connected properly but can't get it done. I tried to remove the software and re instsall but the uninstall wizard tells me that an installtion is in process. Can't figure this one out.
I am using the latest desktop software 4.3
Any help wopuld be greatly appreciated
