Has anyone addressed the issue with items not being removed from an Outlook Inbox if the item is moved to some offline PST?

I first noticed the error when one of our EA's was deleting items from her Exec's inbox. The item moves to the EA's Deleted Items folder, but will not move from the Exec's BB. The issue also appears when someone has a PST set up and moves the items out of the Inbox.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have encountered this problem as well. No solution to date. Would also be interested in any response to the issue.
