Default Question from a new 7780 owner

Please Login to Remove!

Hello, I've been a visitor to the forums for a while. A couple weeks ago, I finally replaced my 850 with a 7780. I have a few questions regarding my new handheld.

-Where do I download OS 4.0? Is it part of the Desktop Sortware download (maybe this will be answered by my next question)?
-When I open the Application Loader, it shows no programs in there at all. I curently have Desktop Software 4.0 installed. How do I fix this so it shows the things I have?
-My 7780 came without a SIM card. Should I get a Cingular or AT&T one?
-How much does it cost to have your phone unlocked? Can you do it yourself?
-Is it possible to see and manipulate the files of the Blackberry and its OS? I ask because that would make it possible to store files, among other things.
Thanks for you help!

1. The OS is in the links here. Go to the RIM software forum
2. Load the current OS
3. What does your phone say when you turn it on or lock the screen? AT&T, Cingular or Blackberry? If it just says "Blackberry" then it should accept either card.
4. 100$ bongowireless.com
5. Maybe but it wouldn't be easy unless you were a programmer.
