Question Desktop Manager problem

I have DM 4.5 on 2 Vista laptops. Both work perfectly. I installed DM on a XP SP3 desktop and everything works except when I try to setup Sync for contacts etc I get "Computer must connect to Internet for sync forst time" The computer is definately connected to the internet but DM doesn't think it is. Any suggestions?

Have you tried rebooting?
