Default 8300 with 4.5 on GPRS and Youtube

The quality is unusable as the streaming speed is so low. Is there a way to force the BB to download a video first, and then run it (cached)?

GPRS is slightly faster than dial up.
Streaming ANYTHING will be a bad experience.

There is no way to download the video through a stream and then run it.
