Desktop Manager does not sync addressbook
After OS upgraded, it scanned the record on the first run and reported no change needed.

The 2nd run report all desktop addresses are new and need to be added to the device. I canceled and deleted all addresses on desktop.

The 3rd run report no change.

I reset sync to be one from device to desktop. Again, no sync.

Change one address on device. Again, no sync.

Any tweaks?
