Default Damaged screen

A shelf fell in my office and landed on my Pearl. It didn't crack the glass, but the screen is now damaged. Is there a way to replace the screen? Is it worth it to even try?

By the way. My damaged phone is a pearl 8120. I also have an old 8100. If the screen can be replaced, can I use the screen out of my 8100?

You can purchase a screen here
Blackberry : HorizonWirelessOnline.com - Horizon Wireless, The World’s Cellular Repair Center

You can also try CNN. Although I don't have the website handy.

Here are some instructions on the install
