so i had a curve and got the email to work on it no problem. it dies and i had to get a new one and since them my email have not been going to the bb. i added the email adress to the phone and it has its own folder in my phone. hot sure why it is no longer working??

Did the email ever work/receive correctly to the replacement BB? If you have the email folder on the device, it sounds like it would be provisioned to the new BB.

You can go to Options > Advanced > HRT and tap Menu > Register.

Pull the battery on the BB and reboot it, leave the power on when you remove the battery.

umm it never worked on the new one> but i recieve emails from my work email address that has been put into the phone by the IT guy at work.
And there is not menu HRT and tap menu under advanced options in the options app

How are you getting email? Via BIS or BES? If via BIS, did you enter the new device's IMEI and PIN on the BIS site and resend the service books?
