| You can do this. I have about 1/4 of my users setup to do this. We have Exchange, but we have their e-mails setup through BIS. They sync their contacts and calendar via the USB cable. They read a message on their BB and it marks in as read on their Outlook. They delete a message on their BB and they get a prompt asking them if they want to "Delete on Handheld" or "Delete on Handheld and Mailbox" (meaning Outlook). Works well.
On the BB, go into the message, then options,
then Email Reconciliation
Then choose the e-mail address and make the necessary changes (turn on reconciliation, etc.)
Now I will add that if they delete it, or read it on their Outlook, those changes will not be made on their BB.
