Default PIN & BB messenger problem on BES server

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I have on our BES 700 users and none of them is not able to send out a PIN message or BB messenger invitation or message. Everything is working within our server (company) but we can not contact anyone outside of our server via PIN message. Do you know why?

FYI:
I did change policy: security lock and disable 3rd party application download.
Nothing else has changed.

Also I have policy named: IT policy (only for IT people) and they have everything open nothing is disabled, everything is enabled for us but we (IT guys) can not message anybody outside of BES (company), only within our BES .

Do you know why is that?

Wirelessly posted (Breaking Ball)

You need to remove the peer-to-peer encryption key from the BES.
If you have it set, you can only PIN with other users on you BES.

Check BlackBerryFaq.com for instructions. I wrote up an article about this.
