I was messing around with bes and other crap that I don't understand. In the process, I had received 3 e-mails that disappeared to a dat attachment in seperate emails. Is there anyway to retrieve these files to see what they were?

If it's winmail.dat, there's nothing in there worth looking at. It's just formatting for look and feel for Outlook users.

If it's something else, some more details might make it easier to answer.

It might have been ETP.DAT messages, which is what the Desktop Redirector uses to send email back and forth when you don't use a BES. Alternatively I believe the Enterprise Activation mechanism in BES 4.0 also uses these messages during a user activation.
