For some strange reason, it won't come up on my cpu, I've used Firefox, Crazy Browser, and IE, and nothing.... Would any happen to know how much to unlock 8310 w/ the forum discount?

you might want to do a ping in your command prompt and see if your getting any statistics on the web page. If not, you may have to ping the IP address and ipconfig /flush dns, or netsh winsock reset all command in the command prompt to get the web page. It may be your browser as well, you may want to go to tools and internet options see if never dial a connection is present and clear your browser history and cookies cache.
