Default HELP - Address Book from Outlook does not tranfer street address.

Please Login to Remove!

I need help, my contacts have transferred from Outlook Express to the BB device, but when I view the contact information on BB it does not have some of the details that are in the contact in Outlook.

Am I able to completely tranfers this information accross, how do i get the BB device to show this information?

Wirelessly posted (Curve 8330 (red))

Did you check the field mapping in the Sync Configuration (using Desktop Manager)?

You should make sure your address fields are properly mapped to the BB fields.

Are you transferring to your SIM card? The SIM contacts don't handle as much info as your regular contacts stored in the device memory. One email address and one phone number for SIM contacts. Perhaps the address is not being transferred because of this.
