Default Help! I have to update my password?

Please Login to Remove!

this afternoon I get an email message from blackberry-I think- telling me that I am not getting any more email until I up date my pass word at the service providers website. Now I have no idea what the password was, I found the pin but all it will do is have them send my password to MY TURNED OFF BLACKBERRY. How am I supposed to do this? Why am I being required to do this? Thanks for the help. Philip

Have you changed the password you use to access email on the computer lately? If you have, that could be why. If you haven't, try doing that. I have no idea how, but it's resolved numerous problems with this that I've seen in the past and after changing it, all you have to do is either go to setup internet email and edit your email account to change the password, or delete and re-add it with the new password.

I got this kind of email when I change the email password so I had to update the password on my blackberry because it was still using the old password. I think all you have to do is change the password to whatever it is.

I guess I didn't make myself clear: I CAN'T go and change the password because I don't remember the old one. Since I can't sign in, I can only ask for my old password to be sent to me, but it is only being sent to my Blackberry, which isn't receiving email because I need to update the password. I guess i will just go to a Sprint store and have them reset it. What a mess. PG
