Default BES Activation Address Book

Please Login to Remove!

1 user will not complete activation. Sticks at 27%. Email synchronizes but Address Book does not. I have deleted the account in BES, backed up and reset the blackberry, restored and then recreated the account in BES and sent the password to activate. Same results.

Is this a wireless enterprise activation or using a USB cable? Most likely a corrupt contact.
