Smile Internal Error (See logs)

Hello, I hope you BB geniuses can help me with this issue. While tying to sync the BB 8330 (verizon) with DM I get an error message that reads Internal Error (See logs). I installed DM, wipped the handheld and same problem happens…..Should I update the OS on the BB.

One more thing.....The BB is in a BES server....Desktop manager 4.2.1.8 and can not be upgrated to later version

from the device. options>security> general options> wipe handheld

I found a thread here in BBF about Intellisync erro and pointed to create MAPI profile so I did that to no avail
