Default 8100 OS 4.5 - Indicator Light Stuck?

Please Login to Remove!

I just upgraded to 4.5.0.52 and I've been having issues with my led indicator light staying on after I've ended a call or read a new text message.

I installed BBAlerts, hoping it would override this, and it has worked for the most part with SMS and other messaging alerts but when I end calls my indicator will glow red until a soft reset. It still gets stuck on the occasional SMS as well. I can also get it to turn off by opening the BBAlerts program and testing colors, so that it uses the LED and when I exit the program the light is off.

Any ideas on how I can fix this or what the issue may be? Thanks ahead of time.

Do you have "ColorPearl" installed? If so, it will cause this. You need to remove it.

AH, yes, I do still have it installed. I figured it to be innocuous. Perfect. I will uninstall, thank you.

Yep, that'll fix it.
