Smile Password Keeper Help

Please Login to Remove!

I have verizon service with OS v 4.0.0.204, I am on BES version 4.0. Using blackberry 7250.

I do not see password keeper application on my handheld, I also don't see it when I use application loader. How do I install this application? or where can I find it? Thanks. Ashish Doshi

It appeared as a selection in my Application Loader after I upgraded to T-Mobile's 4.0.2.32...

It's included in the Vodafone (UK) 4.0.2 distribution - although it's not installed by default. You have to select it in the desktop manager - perhaps it's the same with other distributions?

Make sure you have the handheld software installed along with your desktop software. Once you have both loaded on your computer, the option should be available.

I have the Verizon 7250, you have to have the latest OS 4.0 and the handheld software installed on the machine, the password keeper is not defaulted as on, you have to select it and the install it. It works, it did for me.

I went to Verizon's website below and downloaded the latest version of desktop software. Password keeper is an option when it is installed on the 7250.

I would like only to add the password keeper to my bb7250, can i do this and not erase the rest of my system utilities like bblight, etc. when i downloaded the handheld software it makes me check and uncheck things. I want to check with you guys first before i make a move like that and end up loosing programs. Or, if you know of another password program I can get free, Im open to that as well.

Just check the password keeper and proceed on the next screen it will confirm what it is going to install and or delete, if you see that it wants to delete something you dont want it to then cancel and nothing should change at that point.
