One of my coworkers has the problem that when he gets a call on his 7520, even if the unit is unlocked, it just shows the number of the caller, and not their name. The callers are in his phone book.

This seems to be happening sporadically. It was working earlier, but now isn't.

We do have content protection enabled, but still this should only happen when the unit is locked.

Any ideas?

Any chances that the phone number is in his contacts more than once? I just bulk transfered a bunch of phone numbers from my old phone AND synced up my contacts and now all sorts of wierd numbers are showing up in the caller ID till I can get a chance to sort everything out.
