Default Browser Security?

Please Login to Remove!

I downlaoded the google maps application for my BB7280 running BES services and I accidently hit "Always Allow HTP Connections" instead of hitting "Always allow connection for this application only". Is there a way to change the default settings back now to where applications must ask ok to access the web? If not is there anything to worry about like you would with a pc connected unguarded on the internet?

Thanks
