Depends on if you know for sure the 8330 is in good working condition and has not been reported as lost or stolen.

Considering an 8130 should go used for ~$200-225, you will be "paying" about $320 for the 8330. If you want the 8330 badly, yes that is a fair price.

There is an 8330 listed in our buy sell section for 325 tht has not sold; another offered for $225; another appears to have sold for $325; another for $275.

Yeah i need to call to see if the esn is clean..So it might not be an even trade? Would it be a better trade if i offered $50 and the 8130?
