I know this will sound kinda silly but I have a question about the blackberry desktop manager I don't see a forum to post it in. Which one do I post my question in?

Question More details

We have a user that is trying to use the Media Manager and he's getting a Runtime Error. Error looks like this:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Roxio\Media Manager 9\MediaManager9.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

He gets this error when he points the Media Manager to the blackberry itself but when he points it to the storage card he doesn't get the error.

And help would be greatly appreciated.

First, don't even use Media Manager.

Read the "settings" and Option One on the link.
