Default Upgraded 4.5..BES html, but not BIS ?

Please Login to Remove!

OK, so I upgraded to 4.5 last night, no problem. Our BES has been upgraded and I noticed this morning that I'm not getting HTML emails through our BES. However my GMail (through my AT&T BIS) isn't giving me HTML emails. Have they not upgraded yet or do I need to do something special to enable HTML emails from BIS? Thanks in advance!

Log into your BIS account and resend your service books.

OK, I did that and nothing changed. I then went and deleted those services books and resent the service books again. It added the service books back in and I received the confirmation email but still the emails I have won't show in HTML. I've checked the setting for both Desktop and my other address and both are set to HTML and to download images but the other address doesn't even act like its trying to download anything (no communication arrows, etc.)....thanks for any other suggestions.

Not sure about the BIS html, I've heard people having issues with that and 4.5.. as for HTML on BES, you not only need 4.5, but your mailbox needs to be on Exchange 07..
