Hello

Does anyone know if my blackberry users will have to re-activate their bbry after I upgrade to SP6? Some bbry users devices may have a 4.0 OS, I would like to be sure if there's something I will need to do with the bbry device OS.

No reactivation is needed. I would start to move users over to a newer OS, if available from their carrier for their model. I'm sure your users will like some of the new features. You may have to wait for 4.5 though, until its released by the carrier.
