Default Issues with Calendar Accept on 8310 with Red X

intermitten issues with CEO who can sometimes accept and sometimes gets red x

on 8310 with At&T on BES BES Server His AAsst has Calendar Access only .

Works sometime and not others he is on Sowtware 4.2.2..170

Looking for a fix.

We rebooted the Exchange Server and Bes Server last night to see if it helps.

He also has two PC's one at home and one at work. The home one stays off

While I don't use an 8310, I did have this problem on my 8100. It seems to have dissapeared after I upgraded to OS 4.5.

If you check out the 8300 general discussions I believe there is an OS upgrade for your phone. You may want to consider this option. Just follow all the instructions in the sticky and you shouldn't have a problem.

The fix is to upgrade your BES to 4.1.5 or higher.

I can only speak from my own experience, and the previous suggestions may be spot on, but ususally this only happens to me when I try to accept a meeting request while in a low coverage area. Has the CEO noticed his signal strength when this issue occurs?
