Good Day,

We are currently using BES with exchange 2003. Two of our users have received new blackberries and I'd like to update BES with the new PIN and ID. What are the steps to do this please.

Just hook the new Blackberry up to their computer which is running Desktop Manager.
DM will detect the new PIN and ask you if you want to switch to the new device.
Just answer yes, and you're good to go.
