Default Fix corupt srv book w/o recradleing w/ BES?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,
I have a client in Aspen who's cradle is in Dallas. He doesn't have a send button when he replies to a e-mail.

The forum said it is a corrupt service book. He is on BES but will be in Aspen for 2 weeks so he can't re-cradle and re-generate a new encryption key.

Is there another way to fix this problem?

Thank you for your help!
Amy

What version BES is he on? If it is 4.0, he can go into Options/Security and scroll to the bottom and regenerate a new encryption key

We are on BES 4.0. I'm not sure of the version on the device itself. Once I sign into the BES and go to options/security and regenerate a new key will I need to do anything on the 7280 itself?
