Default Corrupted calculator file

Please Login to Remove!

I was messing around with different themes and I now have a problem. My calculator has the original theme and then I have a different calculator face superimposed over the original. How can I get this back to its original state?
TIA

This is a known issue with some themes. You may need to restore your operating system to fix it.

Thanks Jase88...I have been chasing my tail trying to figure that procedure out from other posts on the board. I am attempting a javaloader.exe approach. Any tips?
