I tried searching for this answer but had no luck so i will try posting.
I have redirector running on a winxp machine with outlook going to an exchange server. Every once in a while, redirector will show some pending messages but when I compare the message in my inbox to the message on my handheld, there are none missing. Then the pending field will show zero and there are no additional messages on my handheld. Is there anyway to see what the pending messages are?
I am also getting some undeliverable messages from the system administrator that read

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: RIM_bca28a80-e9c0-11d1-87fe-00600811c6a2
Sent: 8/31/2005 8:10 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

on 8/31/2005 8:10 AM
The recipient could not be processed because it would violate the security policy in force
<xxxxxxxxxxxx.corp.xxxxxxx.net #5.7.0 smtp;550 5.7.0 Local Policy Violation>

While neither of these happen constantly they do happen often enough to be a pain. anyone have any thoughts on to remedy this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are there any e-mails missing in your BlackBerry's inbox that are in your Outlook account?

The redirector uses encrypted e-mails addressed to blackberry.net to communicate with your handheld. It sounds like your Exchange server has a policy in place to either block e-mails to blackberry.net or block encrypted e-mails. However, if that is case, your redirector service should complete stop. Interesting...

I am not missing any emails. that's what makes it even more perplexing.
Our Exchange team says that there arent any policies like that in place.
Its a head scratcher, thats for sure.
