Blackberry 7730 Question???

i have a 7730 with tmobile and i cant seem to disable the password for the phone. its starteing to be a pain in my butt. does anyone know how to disable the password? i went into the security under options and it dont give me a option for disable. help help

Let's guess. You bought a used one. And it has an IT Policy set on it from the prior owner's company.
