enterprise activation

i'm a newbie. i have a 6280, when i open the enterprise activation application, it asks identification for an email address and password. what information do i input? any help would be great!

Are you on a BES? If so, it would be your corporate email address and the password assigned by your BES administrator.

if you dont have a bes server you dont need to put anything in

If you don't have a BES server, you shouldn't have clicked it in the first place...
