E-mail questions What's up with my e-mail client, currently its saying web browser, which is what i don't want to happen, i would like it to show up as e-mail, and I'm on 7290 on t-mobile. The reason is... well I'm just not sure if its the correct e-mail application or not, it says messages and stuff but i don't really find any e-mail specific settings. |
Pardon me for being so blunt... but... What the HELL are you talking about !? |

I agree with penguin on this one WTH? |
To be frank, i have no idea myself, still new to this blackberry so i'm just geting a little confused about some aspect of the device |
Wondering if that is the initial "Create your own T-Mobile BlackBerry Internet Service Account"? (5 click provisioning if i remember correctly) If you have not created this account yet, follow along with the web browser to get it all configured. If you have any problems, call T-Mobile and let them know that you would like assistance setting up your BlackBerry Internet Service. Zro |
Better explaination is when i open an e-mail message there is this list of item on top of the message Quote:
This is my question better phased i think. |
re The reason why you see "webclient" beside using Using : webclient is because that's the message service you have selected. The reason why you don't have any other message services is because you are only on a BWC account. If for example you were on BWC and BES, then you would have something that looks like Using : Webclient (if you click u will have the option to change to Desktop) in Messaging Services -> you will see Webclient and if you click you have the option to change to desktop) in options/Servicebook you will see Webclient [CMIME] and DESKTOP [CMIME] otherwise if you check now, you will only notice one service WEBCLIENT [CMIME] since your question does not pertain to the other servicebook entries, they can be ignored and are fairly self explanatory from the name. So to answer the question in simple terms, "Using : Webclient" is the messaging service that has been selected through which you send your email. |
great explination |
