Am I wrong in saying that the service books are resent if you generate a new encryption key? I thought I'd read that somewhere....

bigfella - what carrier and modem BB do you have. Assuming it is a GSM/GPRS BB, at the top it should read GPRS (and not GSM or gprs). What does it display at the top of the home page on the BB?

Thanks!
