Default That age old unlocking question

Please Login to Remove!

Hi there all,

Sorry to open old wounds.... but I am getting really, really frustrated. I need to unlock my 7230, which is currently on O2.

I have searched everywhere and everywhere says this isn't possible, however almost all the posts are from 2004 and beforehand. They also only deal with Tmobile, Cingular and Vodaphone.

Is it still the case that this can't be done? Or has some clever person created a lovley little java app to do it yet?

Thanks you all for your help in advance!

Sean

Really? From 2004 and before. I must have answered three threads this week on unlocking...

No java app. No magic cable. http://www.bongowireless.com - send them the BB and $100 and they can unlock it.

That's all there is.

Hmmmm... not much good from the UK.

I do not agree with having to pay for something like this. It is obviously possible to do, and the code must be there on the blackberry.

I'll just have to keep searching...

Thanks very much for you help tho.
