Exclamation Strange BWC issue - Mail coming in "unknown"

Please Login to Remove!

I originally had a password issue that required a complete OS reinstall. Most everything has been great, I restored the settings I wanted, etc. I use both BES and BWC (multiple POP accounts), and they were working great before the IT password issue.

HOWEVER, now that I've reset my device, I see another problem happening. My POP messages are coming in to my device just fine. But instead of the header showing "Using: Web Client", it says "Using: Unknown". And, I have lost the ability to respond to web client emails. I can craft a reply, but when I press the trackwheel there is no send option, only a Save Draft (and other stuff, but no send). I used to be able to hold the Alt key and use the trackwheel to select whether I wanted to send through BES or Web Client, but that option is no longer there.

This sounds like an option I haven't re-enabled. Any thoughts on how to correct it??
