Unhappy can't log on any account via BB - 09-02-2008, 03:53 PM

i have a bb 8310 using.

everytime when i try to log on my Ebay account or online banking, it alway says that,

"Http error 500: internal server error"
more details as
"500: web service problem: please contact the service provider."

sometimes shows,
"the item you selected cann't be diaplayer. do you wish to save the item?"
"unsupported media type: application/octet-stream"


anybody knows what going on?

Have you been able to access the sites before or is this your first attempt? You might try a battery pull and try again. Otherwise, it's probably buried in your settings. For more information see:

Try changing on the options -> general properties from blackberry browser to Internet browser.

I did that.
also allow java as well
but nothing changed

Download Opera Mini and give those sites a try with Opera.
